Bra Size Calculator

To use the bra size calculator, you will need a soft measuring tape , and for best results, either remove your bra or wear the bra that fits you best. Measure directly underneath your breasts on the rib cage, making sure to keep the tape level all the way around your torso.

Pull the two sides together until they meet and lie flat against your body, but be careful not to pull too tightly. The tape should feel snug, but not constricting. Enter this as your Band Measurement. Next, measure around the fullest part of your breasts (usually across the nipples), making sure not to compress any breast tissue. Enter this as your Bust Measurement. For additional information on bra sizing and fit, check out my comprehensive guide.

Do not round any of these measurements as the calculator accepts decimals. Please note: The calculator only offers a starting point size. There is no substitute for a professional fitting or for trying on bras to see which styles and sizes work best for you.
